  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • During peak seasons (Eid, sales, etc.), processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Dispatch):

Note: Delivery times may extend due to courier delays, weather, or Strikes

    • For address issues, we’ll email you within 3 business days to verify. No response = order cancellation.

  2. Need to Change Your Order?

🚛 Delivery Delays & Issues

While we ship promptly, delays can happen due to:

  • Courier delays (weather, strikes, etc.).

  • Incorrect addresses.

What We’ll Do:

  • Keep you updated via email.

  • Work with couriers to resolve issues ASAP.

What You Can Do:

  • Track your order using the courier’s link (sent via email).

  • Contact the courier directly for urgent delays.


❌ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once handed to the courier, packages are out of our control. If your order goes missing:

  1. Email us at shopsibyonline@gmail.com.

  2. File a claim with the courier (we’ll assist).

Note: Shopsiby isn’t liable for lost/stolen packages but will help however we can.
